When I was young, I saw the TV commercial about hamburgers and I went to the store expecting the large burger, but it seems smaller than I had anticipated so I felt despaire unconsciously. and I just thought I watched hamburger wrongly in commercial at that time. Probably that's the trap advertisers setted in. There's no precise standard about the hamburger's volume we know and it is hard to know specifically about the change of volume just depending on our eyes so it could be possible to exaggerate the advertisement a little. It is an advertiser's deception to consumer that secretly manipulate the volume of steak on purpose and doing something else like that so it looks pretty nice in ad and sell the hamburgers showed in ad and diminished quietly requiring same price in the store. On the other hand, however, it is a safe technique to advertisers simultaneously. I think these are the corruption of materialism and negative aspect of monetary system. Not to disappoint many children expecting before get into the store like me, I think we should have the children understood why they use these tricks in advance. Maybe it is sad for children to be understood the way of ad which is intellectual and a lump of calculation of gains and losses in childhood but they don't have to go through tricks any more. ReplyDeleteFirst, meat is raw is basic. Then, brand the meat like weeds that grow in your backyard.
Second, Find out the perfect shape bun. Then, give it a glue seed to look perfectly finished.
Third, put a cardboard on the bottom of the bun. Then, put the meat on the cardboard. Then, cut one side of the meat and spread out it to enlargel the burger.
Fourth, paint beautiful color on the meat to look beautiful in TV. Then, put two pins on the head of lettuce to make good height and impression.
I think this video is very good. because I think fat people, teenager who watch this video will reduce appetite and be critical about fast food: hamburger, pizza.......
As a result, risk about BSE(bovine spongiform encephalopathy), disease by obesity will decrease.

Second, she makes grilled mark by heated iron bar. Jennifer glues the seed on bun and puts the cardboard on the bottom of the bun. She lays the patty upon the cardboard than enlarges them. I don't think food stylists bad, but ,at least, food companies must guarantee our safe. We can't know how they make food.(Of course it's different with this UCC.) Comecials must be honest.

I am very angry about this but at the same time I can understand this because if I were a director of ad, I will use tricks too. But I ensure all of company in the world use tricks in different way. This starts with a question about why burgeres in commercials always look so good.

At first, she cooks the steak until raw and brand the line with skewer in rows so it looks tasteful.
Next pick up a bun that looks pretty good shape and glue lots of seeds on the bun.
Now preventing from soggy burger, she puts the cupboard bottom of the bun and put the steak on the cupboard, a section of the steak is cut to spread to enlarge so it looks larger than before it takes a plastic surgery.
And the steak is coated by the sauce whose color is brown, looks good, and lettuce and something like vegetables putted on the steak in order with pins sticked.
After the tricks of hamburger is gone, the tricks of fries come out.
The tallest golden fries with pins sticked are chosen to get in tray and fries look longer because the pins are invisible because of the tray.
When I was young, I saw the TV commercial about hamburgers and I went to the store expecting the large burger, but it seems smaller than I had anticipated so I felt despaire unconsciously. and I just thought I watched hamburger wrongly in commercial at that time.
Probably that's the trap advertisers setted in.
There's no precise standard about the hamburger's volume we know and it is hard to know specifically about the change of volume just depending on our eyes so it could be possible to exaggerate the advertisement a little.
It is an advertiser's deception to consumer that secretly manipulate the volume of steak on purpose and doing something else like that so it looks pretty nice in ad and sell the hamburgers showed in ad and diminished quietly requiring same price in the store. On the other hand, however, it is a safe technique to advertisers simultaneously. I think these are the corruption of materialism and negative aspect of monetary system.
Not to disappoint many children expecting before get into the store like me, I think we should have the children understood why they use these tricks in advance.
Maybe it is sad for children to be understood the way of ad which is intellectual and a lump of calculation of gains and losses in childhood but they don't have to go through tricks any more.
Also there's no need to use tricks if the stuff is ABSOLUTELY great.
Now I think we all should be wake up at all times, get the critical eyes, DO NOT dazzled only to seeable things.

I also didn't know that the burgers in commercials are even uneatable. And I'm curious about the consequences if the person who's in charge of advertising decides to use the real burger we see in the fast-food reataurant. Will the percentage of sales be go down? Maybe or maybe not.

I didn't know whether or not food stylist was an occupation before an example to this video.
I've wondered why burger in commercial is diffent from the burger in reality. After watching this video I konw answer to this question.

Frankly I'm fed up with this burger trick video. By fooling the commercial viwers with some tricks they use in food styiling, only concentrating on profit making. Personally I think that all the consumers has right to see the exact burger that they sell in store. It may look mouthwatering but after all it's all FAKE!
